We called in the morning to algonquin Heating and Cooling to ask about a part that was needed for repair. We had no heat and needed someone asap. They were very helpful in getting a technician out the same day and with the part we needed. Brian the technician, arrived even before the sch appt. and ready to jump into action. He fixed the part in a timely fashion and was very polite and informative. We will be using them for the upcoming fall mnt. cleaning, and anything else that will be needed. My 15 year old furnace appeared to be overheating, first I called Amy, and the technician immediately said I needed a new one for over $4000! Then I called Algonguin Heating, Brian arrived quickly and showed me the filter needed to be replaced and cleaned the inside. I am so glad that I called for a second opinion! Fixed the problem and saved me thousands
